i had to google neti pot....i read here it was mentioned...i thought it was something similar to nasal spray
are you not supposed to blow your nose every so often when snuffing? weither it needs it or not?
my nose only runs sometimes...mostly when my pinches are a bit bigger.
only blow the nose when runny?
if only bow nose when runny...what about the snuff thats left in the nostril? does it just fade away?
hmm....i thought ive done enough research about snuff...i guess there is more i need to learn
i have yet to sneeze while snuffing...not even a flinch
I only blow when my nose runs. I use saline spray several times a day and I tend to blow after using it more than after using snuff. I do not blow hard just enough to get the nose run out.
As for cleaning out the snuff the neti pot is good, I was using mine a couple times a day now I am using it only a couple times a week.
Not sure why your nose is sore, maybe I have been lucky as I have has zero nasal issues with using snuff, and I snuff all day.
