Got it yesterday and was very impressed with the box it came in. I put everything together and tried it, but nothing happened. I charged that battery and got curious if the other batt needed a charge too and so I tried it and got my first vape. Dang did it feel good!

Other battery got done charging (via USB), so I hooked everything up to that battery and everything worked!

I watched a vid and figured out how to refill them using liquid thanks to Spikey. The banana liquid is good, but I didn't taste much from the Dr. Pepper liquid. Am I suppose to wash the liquid part out before I put new liquid in? I'm still not too sure on refilling cartridges just tried what I thought was it.

I know now what people mean when they say you gotta take a good drag to get good vape and throat hit. Its not that much of a hassle as I thought it would be. The vapor production is insane! and the throat hit is great too!

Charging doesn't take long at all either - I think I killed the first batt I tried (the one that wasn't charging at the time) after using it for a few hours and showing it off to my friends. I popped that one in my USB today and I think it took somewhere between half hour to an hour? I'll keep track next time.

I think thats all the ramblin and reviewin I have on it? If you guys have any questions i'll try to answer them as little newbish as I can :p.

Happy vaping!

Ok another update with my 801...Well i've had it for almost 2 weeks now and both atty's have broken in the same spot. Guess I need to make a new order ASAP before I need an analog...The spot where it broke is the threads and silver cylinder that protects the two green wires inside. I know the first one broke from just a 2 1/2 foot fall to pavement outside of a local diner, but idk how the second one broke - just noticed it now.

Alls I can concur is that the atty's for the 801 seem kind of cheap or maybe just weak in that general area. It also seems like the cylinder is just held together with the threads by a diameter that is knurled and greater than the silver cylinder.

So i'm still happy with the product, but if you do decide to get this - BUY A CASE TO HOLD IT IN OR THE ATTY WILL BREAK!

I also was developing some kind of gritty substance on the threads - dont know what it is i'm still investigating - is it something that got in my pocket that got onto the threads? Or soemthing with the e-cig itself?? Anyone else have this problem??

Wow, that does suck..... I don't have an 801, but I toss my 401 on the ground on a regular basis (not intentionally of course, I do the same darn thing with cell phones :( ) and have never seen an atty break like that. I haven't dropped my VX2 yet, probably because I don't usually take that one out with me, I just use it around the house, and the manaul button keeps it from rolling off the computer desk :)

I have come to accept that a certain amount of equipment failure is to be expected with e-cigs, and that it is a little unpredictable (for instance, I an still using the first 2 batteries I got over 2 months ago, for my 401. They look like absolute h*ll at this point, but they are still going strong. One the other hand I have 2 still pristine looking 401 batteries that are dead as a doornail), but honestly, even with the failures, it is more cost effective than analogs. Just have to keep a good backup supply!

Hey Shawn,

i did contact you just to see if you'd replace them - you said not under the warranty. I mean in my case most companies would call it abuse, but i've been just keeping them in my pocket. I'm not intentionally bending them or anything - like I said I don't know how it happened with the second one. I'll mail them back if you'd want to replace them, but if you want me to pay for new ones I wouldn't mind. I'm definetly getting a case though...I can send you pictures for now if you'd want - I couldn't get any posted on the forums without uploading them onto the net. I'll see what I can do about mailing them out.

Thanks a lot for takin care of me.

My M801 atomizer flew apart, too.

No biggie, tho. Thats why I order the dual atomizer kits whenever possible.

Hey Shawn,

Was wondering if you could send out those two atty's on monday. Since we haven't known eachother for long I can send you pictures of the broken atty's if you want, so you know i'm not trying to rip you off. Every single analog i've been smoking tastes like complete crap!

The two broken ones I will be sending back to you on Monday. I just made an order looks like I was short by a few...1597
