They're meant to be batteries for solar lighting, but the specs look like something that you'd find on an ecig parts site. Would these work? I've seen solar lighting batteries in nearly all of the sizes that you commonly find in ecigs, so I'm thinking that the batteries we use are just rebranded solar batteries. Am I right?

Yeah, I figured as much... I was just excited that I may have at leaast one source of local parts. I'd love to have something like a Mapvapes brick and mortar in this town.
