Hello , after a year of vaping started with Blu and Logic I moved to Halo tritons I used those for 2 months then after all the wonderful info from these forums I got a lava tube , kept reading the forums and needed something more pocket friendly so I got the MVP 2 after using vv/ VW on the lava tube the halo triton wasn't cutting it I do like the Mvp but couldn't carry it around with the tank sticking out like it does so I got a VTR and have to say I loved it . It seemed to be much better to put in my pocket to take to work So fast forward a bit and now the good weather is here and can't see being able to carry the VTR while wearing shorts kinda a heavy device , so after a long time I finally decided to give the mini provari a try What a wonderful device very pocket friendly the only 2 things I do miss is VW and the long life battery of the MVP and The VTR the built in battery in the MVP is awesome and the 18650s in the VTR do lo last most of the day I am a very heavy vapor But I have to say the provari mini has the smoothest vape and all my juices taste incredible Why this is I have no idea , I do know I should have gotten the provari a long time ago So my wish is that provari use there technology and make one with VW and a way to make a all day way for the battery to last ,maybe a provari box mod the size of the VTR or mvp with a long life battery , One more thing I now after trying many kinds of tanks clearos , etc I strictly only use OCD tanks from Ibtanked those with the provari are the best vape I've had since starting this journey after 35 years of smoking analogs thanks to everyone on these forums and good luck to those starting out

Nice!

If you take extra batteries with you while out and about, make sure you carry them in a small plastic battery holder. Never ever carry them loose in your pocket. Especially with keys or change. Some people use old pill bottles to put an extra battery in and works well in a pocket.

I'm just glad I can carry a purse  There are advantages to being a female.

Efest has an 18650 battery case... I bought one on ebay for only $3.79 and free shipping! It holds 3 18650 batteries and has a belt hook so you can carry it around just like a D-ring with keys! Sadly, I haven't received mine yet :(

Congrats on your purchase. Before I bought mine, I kept reading a lot of "it just vapes better" with no real explanation as to why. When I got mine, I did understand. I have a bunch of back ups and the MVP and even though the MVP is a good battery and does last a long time, there is no contest side by side with the same topper/juice set up.

Personally, I keep a really small, hard camera case with me.....smaller than a pack of smokes and I keep an extra battery and bottle of juice in that. The battery is in a pull-tie thick canvass bag and the the pocket inside keeps that bag/battery away from the zipper.

It's hard to get a good battery life out of any 18350 but my 18500's last me 24 hours. Just make sure you use the batteries Provape suggests or your warranty is void

Don't forget you can put the tube extension on that baby for longer battery life.

Love my Provaris.....Congaratulations!

Congrats on your new addition MrDFields! The Provari is one smooth vape. I noticed the same thing when I first tried mine back in mid December. It's still a mystery as to why. Perhaps it has to do with the continuous output as opposed to the rattlesnake affect I've heard so much about. I like the looks of the mini but went for the 2.5 so I only had to buy one extension to use 18650 batteries. Like you I'm a heavy vaperer and need longer battery life. It's not too hard to carry around an extra battery though. As Robino said, make sure to use a plastic battery box and if you don't have one be sure not to carry it with another battery or change or keys. This is a disaster waiting to happen, a.k.a. thermal runaway. I hope you have many happy vaping days with your new Provari!
