One thing that may improve the odds of not offending her and being able to vape all the way, find a flavor that has a smell you know she likes. For instance if she loves the smell of cinnamon, or strawberries, or something like that use a flavor that has a similar smell. The closer to her "favorite" you can get the less likely she will object. Just pray her favorite scent isn't Pine, or Lavender or something else that is completely unvapable.

I heard lozenges work well. Things that also come to mind are patches and as someone said above snus.

But I can't wrap my head around the "family dynamics" post you made. You said, "My sister has this grand dream of a road trip across the country. That it will be unpleasant for me doesn’t really enter into it"

You driving with her is unpleasant for you. You should have your own dream of vaping on a road trip and her situation doesn't enter into it. It sounds like you can drive and everything is well. Personally, I wouldn't care what my brother(don't have a sister) or anyone else says. If I want to drive my own way I would.

I wish. Sadly I no longer fit in airplane seats. That Avenue is closed to me.

What day are you leaving? Happy Thanksgiving if your still around..

My idea is to buy (or make) some high nic salts ejuice.. calculate how much nic your getting now per day, and then put that amount of nicotine (in salt form) into 2 ml of low wattage stealth vape ejuice, since low wattage stealth runs about 2 ml per day.

Example: if your normally vaping 15ml per day at 3mg/ml then you'll want 22mg ejuice for the trip.. which you can easily just purchase some 24mg from the vape shop and call it good.

Have to use salts or you'll ruin your throat.. it'll be harsh enough as it is. Grab some halls for your throat, you can vape and suck on halls at the same time if you need.

If you've already left, good luck to you.

If you've not left yet, take a nicotine patch with you jic.

Reminds me of my gf at home, who hates it when the living room gets all foggy, and since winter is coming, opening the windows to clear the air is no longer a decent option.

My solution was to get a Berserker Mini RTA, great little MTL tank, using some salt nic to mix juice at roughly 16 to 18 mg/ml. 50/50 PG/VG boosters, mixed up with the flavor that's even less PG, so the exhaled vapor is reasonably thin.

Another tip, with this kind of not-cloudy setups... And before you all go crazy, I know it's not really a good tip, but... Whenever I really need the nic but I'm in a closed public space (work, tramway), I take a regular puff but don't exhale for a couple of seconds, then VERY slowly exhale, and I found that there's little to no vapor coming out. Now, that's not something to be overly proud of, and I don't do it often, but when I'm feeling anxious, it's sometimes all it takes to calm my nerves, and there's no vapour or smell that can upset people

I can send you a doggy style rta (I will wick it and everything, so it should be good for a few days) and some 24mg juice. This puppy will definitely satisfy your nic craving and who knows, you might not ever go back to dtl, lol. Seriously , I can do this if you like

I believe it was already mentioned, but pods have become viable options these days. I have a EQ from a giveaway I swore was useless that's actually turned out to be wonderful for a stealth vape with little to no cloud. Sure, doesn't taste all that great, but keeps me from getting all antsy not bring able to have a "real" vape. Enough so I got an Orion pod. Works beautifully with excellent flavor (for a pod) and some cloud if I want one. I can turn it down and get a more mtl type draw and way less cloud too.

TrueType awesome if you, but if it turns out I need a MTL vape I will likely buy myself a zenith. I’ve been eyeing them for awhile, and I really should know a bit more about coil tanks, plus I’m thinking of buying one for the other sister for Christmas. In any event “negotiations” will occur during thanksgiving
