So I just my order in from striclyejuice.com. I got 10ml of apple cinnamon, 10ml of double mint, and 10ml of camel. I also got a package of their cartridge fillers (little blue foam squares) and a pair of tweezers :p, and I have a couple questions.
I had thought that the cartridges that I got with my original order of my 510 were burnt out, but when I pulled them out I can clearly see that they still have juice in them, so apparently they are just nasty. I would like to know how to appropriately use the little blue foam refiller's I recieved. They are smaller then I thought they would be, and I really wanted to put two of them in at a time instead of only one. Input from anyone who has actually used these would be greatly appreciated ;).
Also, wondering about how to "wash" my cartridges. I have heard about this but not sure exactly how long I can use them.

Have you blown out the attys - the gunky ones - yet? I blow from the cart end, put the threaded end in a paper towel and blow fit to bust! Thats the extent of my cleaning unless one goes toes up (one has done that, I gave a hot hot rinse under tap water, making sure the water swirled around the bridge, then dried it cart side down on a paper towel for 48 hours).
You should blow your attys out often if you don't already do that - it helps get any juice out from inside.
I don't like to overly clean mine, I dont think they like it. Imo attys dont have a long shelf life anyways and most cleaning methods dont seem to save them for long - from what I've read.
As for the carts - just pull out the old filler, rinse the carts, dry them, add some juice and stuff the blue foam in, (if its the pre cut ones from strictly they should be the right size already) then drip to top off til it looks mooshy but not flooded.

Atty and cart are 2 different things.
The cart is the bit you put the filler in, the atty is the thing that vapes it (that you attach the cart to).
Yes when i fill mine I put some juice in first, then the filler then more juice dripped in. I find its a bit easier, but you can do it both ways - I just find you get more juice in if you put some in first then add the filler. You dont have to fill it right to the top, just put some in before the filler goes in. Then top it off with more drops of juice until full.
I only use filler when Im not in the house - I just direct drip usually because I prefer it.
As for how long a cart full of juice might last - Im not the right person to ask on that one - I tend to chain vape on very low or no nic juice so mine don't last that long :)

Assuming you drip directly onto the atty, how long until you must drip onto it again? will you simply stop getting vapor and then you know you need more? I ask because I don't want to hit it while its dry and damage it or something, I have been told they "they like to be kept wet".
Also, the little blue filler pieces I got from strictlyejuice do not fill the cart, I think I could probably fit three of them into a cartridge without smashing them down to much. They are just little foam like squares.
Also, if I drip into the cart without the filler in it, won't it leak out the hole in the other side...?
Hope I'm not making myself look like a complete idiot....

You drip onto the atty bridge - not into the cart if you are going to direct drip.
You don't look like a complete idiot btw :) These terms can be confusing when youre new (I took 10 minutes to work out that cart detached from the atty when I first got my 510 )
I usually drip about 3 drops onto the atty bridge,(varies depending on the size of drop which is impossible to guess) you know when you need to re-drip because it tastes a lot weaker or you get a harsh taste.
IF you decide to direct drip, remove the cart filler so it just functions as a mouthpiece.
If you click the link in quasimod's sig above he has a great guide for direct dripping :)

Thanks for that, the link in quasimod's post helps much XD
Still wondering how I can drip into a cart with no filler and not have to worry about it dripping out the other side, especially if my filler doesnt go all the way to the bottom to soak up the juice when I stuff it in.
Also, I hear people talking about "repriming" their atty after cleaning. Wondering exactly what that means and how it is done.
Bear with me... I have so many questions...

Sounds like they are meant to be "plugs". Fill the empty cart with juice, and put one of the foam squares in the end of the cart. Drip a drop or two of juice onto the foam, until it looks damp but not wet like a puddle. Also, you can check out some of the other threads in the cart mod sub-forum [click] for "blue foam plug".

The "cart" that came inserted into the atomizer of your new e-cig is just a "dummy cart" that is meant to protect the atomizer during shipping. You can't fill it with juice, because it doesn't have a "reservoir" inside of it. Save it anyway, it can be used for direct-dripping.

Look closely at your other carts, and you will see that reservoir has no hole in the mouth-end for the juice to leak out of.

No, you are only making yourself look like a completely normal person with a new PV. :)

Like I said in my above post, I think you may be using the "dummy cart" used to protect the atty in shipping.

When an atty is clean and dry, it helps to drip a couple of drops onto the bridge of the atty before you put a filled cart in. That's called "priming".

He actually has the blue foam mods filler rather than the plug - I have hte same bits from strictly and they are cut to replace the filler (blue foam mod) entirely.
The filler only has to be in contact with the juice and it 'wicks' it up (sort of like a pump) to the top part of the filler thats in contact with the atty bridge, where it vapes. Its not as efficient as a pump (alas - and none of them are really) which is why many of us direct drip :D
The main reason I dont use filler except when I am out n about (because dripping on the go can be a huge pain) is because it neevr seems to use ALL the juice - no matter how dry my filler looks there's always some left in it (right at the bottom usually) when I take it out to rinse it clean for a new flavor or to change to new filler.
The juice doesn't pour out of the tiny hole in the cart because its designed that way.
