so jobs?

im not sure if this is in the right place to post this and such but, i really want to know about jobs in the vape world. I've been trying to get hired here at the local shops buuuut they get so many people and their pretty much only hiring women at every shop... which is a bummer that someone with absolutely no knowledge gets hired at my dream job because of their sex. I'm not some "master builder/ vaper" but come on.

So what else is there?
what do i need to do to stand out?
am i a fool for trying?
