Messing up a zip code can really be bad, I've had domestic mail "returned to sender" when the address was perfect, except the zip was wrong. Geez, you would think that the guys at the P.O who deal with this stuff would actually try to read the "to" address, rather than just sending it back to the "from" address!

I did recently send a letter with the wrong STATE, but the right zip; it got there fine.

Be prepared to wait an additional week or longer. Once it hits the local hub it is sorted by zip, it will then get routed to that area. Then it will bounce back as not in the correct zip code. Then it will get looked at visually to check the address with the zip, if it is wrong it could get resorted to the correct zip or even get returned as un deliverable.....You are at the mercy of the PO now.

You may try to contact Fastech to see if it actually has been shipped yet, if not make the change before it does.

Yeh that sucks cuz I sent a email to them this morning and to the place i ordered kanthal from. the kanthal got rewritten to the right address and the rda itself didn't. Oh, well. Hopefully it shows up the zipcode is still the same city. so hopefully it'll be here by July.

Just an FYI.....All mail First Class or otherwise is sorted electronically, it reads the zip code then sorted accordingly. What you may try to do is contact the branch office that receives mail for zip code 44306 and advise them of the error. They may take your name and address, watch for it then re route it for you.:nun:

As long as the first 5 numbers are correct it wont get returned, at worst it'll take an extra day or so to arrive. But, I might give them a call tomorrow to let them know so I receive the delivery asap. :pPP
