I just got my infected mod last week from USA made mods. Excellent quality, not a clone & made in the USA! Can't go wrong for $65!

Ummmm... have you read up on battery safety? See Baditudes blogs about this. We don't want anything bad to happen to you. What are you going to top it with? What build at what ohms? There are some really great tube mechs out there, but I personally stopped looking after I got 4 Poldiacs and a raft of spare parts on clearance. You can't get those anymore.

Yeah I have tead up on ohms law and battery safety and no I dont want one of those guys blowing up in my face..... But I am most definitely doing more research ...thinking later on down the road six moths or so I dont want to go below 1.5 ohms. I will make sure I am Good and knoweladgeable about it before I actually decide on one thanks ya'll as usual

If you are planning to vape at 1.5 ohms on a mech I'm wondering why you even need a mech.

No electronics to fail, small form factor, beautiful looking mods, etc. There are many reasons to use mechanical mods - they're not just for cloud chasers. I have a large collection of authentic mechanical mods that I enjoy using (yes, I have a Poldiac - not the best mechanical mod IMHO) and I typically vape at 1.2ohms.

Because I like the look and it see.s more comfortable in the hand and for going in stealth mode around my little neices I just want something that is a tube small and more powerful than what I have sometimes I am a tootle puffer sometimes I just need more, maybe I a. Ignorant and need something else?

What is your price range? I would stay away from faux Hybrid toppers (pinless top caps i.e. smpl mechs) and any mech that you cannot lock the switch on. I love the Kindred v2 by Council of Vapor and found it on sale for $40 a few months back. I can't seem to find a link for it now though:( There are so many options for you. The trick is to find the right sale at the right time.

Not sure how you feel about ebay, but I did manage to find an authentic Kindred v2 for about $30: 100% Authentic CoV Kindred II Mechanical Mod SS by The Council of Vapor

No clones is a bit short sighted especially as this is your first device.

I strongly recommend you read this article and ask as many questions as you need to come up to speed as it sounds like you do not know as much as you think you do. A mechanical mod has no safety features, your own well being and of those around you will be quite literally in your hands.
