Over There
While I have several vape shops near to me. I have always purchased most of my liquids via the mail/shipping. As we all know thehoverment is overacting to the problems of kids buying homemade spiked juice on the street. Ending shipping will do-nothing to solve the problem. It only hurts us, and justice the war on drugs is doomed to fail.

Sure. But what Carriers does a Vape Shop have to Choose from?

UPS and Fed-Ex are going to Stop Shipping e-Cigarettes/e-Liquids. So that Doesn't leave much.

US shipping cutoff dates - USPS, Fedex & UPS

I believe there is an exception for B2B shipping whereby businesses can still use the USPS and other shipping.

The fools in Congress wanted to end online shipping to individuals because "for the children". Since we already have a 21 and over law regarding vape products, "for the children" was already taken care of. It was now a law enforcement problem. Furthermore, the problem could have been solved by using an age checker used on many adult sites and requiring and adult signature.

But "for the children" wasn't the intent. The intent was to kill the vaping industry so folks would go back to smoking and states can recoup the money they lost via their investments in tobacco bonds.

One other thing: I do find it interesting the ATF, aka: law enforcement, got involved with some online vendors and threatened them with "we really are cops". Funny how the ATF didn't have the same zeal going after those who are active selling to minor or selling street products that resulte in lung problems. Picky as to which laws the AFT was going to enforce.

I happen to believe the last chapter hasn't been written in the vaping saga. Placing vape vendors under PACT was such a government overreach as to be ridiculous. A drip tip is not a tobacco product. Neither are coils, tanks, mods, "for vaping" cotton, etc.

This has yet to be played out.

I've gotten two emails this week from vape companies that are closing their websites.
Brick and mortar stores will be the only option. If we only had a congressperson or senator that cared enough about vaping to be speaking the truth, we may have avoided this. I've never used a brick and mortar, but I'll search and visit some in my area - I think it's important that we all keep them getting business or vaping will disappear.

One of my favorite online vendors, Vape Dudes, is going to sell kits of flavoring and Pg/Vg. You're on you own when it comes to nicotine.

However, they will continue selling their completed vape juices, including nicotine, overseas.

    ...

    • The PACT Act has historically exempted businesses-to-business deliveries from the USPS ban. Specifically, the USPS ban does not extend to tobacco products “mailed only … for business purposes between legally operating businesses that have all applicable State and Federal Government licenses or permits and are engaged in tobacco product manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, export, import, testing, investigation, or research….” See 18 U.S.C. § 1716E(b)(3)(A). Companies seeking to use USPS for business-to-business deliveries must first submit an application to the USPS Pricing and Classification Service Center and comply with several other shipping, labeling, and delivery requirements. The Postal Service’s yet-to-be-published clarifying regulations could address whether business-to-business deliveries will remain permitted for ENDS.

    • Critically for the vapor industry, the most commonly used carriers, Federal Express and United Parcel Service (UPS), have recently announced that they would cease all deliveries of vapor products. According to Vaping360, as of March 1, 2021, FedEx will begin prohibiting “electronic cigarettes, vaping liquids, and other vaping products in the FedEx global network.” A UPS spokesperson also told Vaping360 that, effective April 5, 2021, “UPS will not transport vaping products to, from, or within the United States due to the increased complexity to ship those products.”

Congress Amends the PACT Act to Apply to All Vaping Products, Placing Huge Burden on Small Manufacturers as Third-Party Common Carriers Refuse to Ship Products

So I wouldn't get my Hopes Up on doing B2B Shipping thru the USPS. And other "Big 3" are pretty much Gone.

How do they plan to ship it out of the country if no domestic carrier is willing to pick it up from their shop and transport it to international shipping? Doesn't USPS, FedEX, UPS or DHL have to transport it while it is in the county? I know another juice company who thought they were going to do the same thing but couldn't find a domestic carrier. They're shutting down.

Vape Dudes could be in for a rude shock.
