Finally decided to sign up on the forums. I sit here and read it enough its time to become apart of the community. :)

I officially quit smoking on April 18 2013 after smoking a pack a day for the past 17 years. I was craving a smoke everyday but I was determined I was giving it up. I will admit after about 2 weeks I broke down and had a smoke, It was probably the best thing I ever did. I really thought I was gonna have that smoke and think I was in heaven after not smoking for 2 weeks. All the sensations that I thought I got from smoking weren't there and it tasted like I licked the bottom of a dirty ashtray.Haven't had a craving since. Loving my new cheaper life style. :)

I quit as soon as I started vaping also - I did not have a regular cigarette since, but my daughter started using e-cigs too, and she tried to have a cigarette when a friend came over, and she was unable to smoke it.

She just had a baby in March so she and her fiance' wanted to quit. So far, they have both been successful as well......even with the little "drawback" she had.

Congratulations on your new life!!!!!!!

Also want to give a big shout out to GrimmGreen and PBusardo with out their videos this would have never been possible.

No doubt these two are great for the community. They are almost too entertaining. I've went from watching their vids to watch Vapeteam Live to watching VapeTV and VapeOnTV. This vaping thing is becoming more addictive than analogs. :p

I can totally identify with that "went back for 1 analog" story. Makes we wonder why I smoked like a smokestack for 16 years, honestly - they taste like .... :)
