Does sound like SoCal is to Vape as Wa is to espresso though. Think there's a law in Washington state that there must be a Espresso stand within 3 blocks walking distance or subjected to higher property taxes, or something like that. Heck we just had our very first Vape shop open where I live, but can get espresso 24/7 down at the corner stand.
