Hangsen makes a very convincing Coca-Cola flavor, Red Cola. It's very fizzy in taste. I don't think steeping has helped mine. I've had it for 2 months with no noticeable changes. But, I also made a DIY blackberry and black cherry soda that is convincing, too. Maybe the liquids you tried were not strong enough. Some vendors offer extra flavor shots that may increase the impact for you.

I can't get past my head going right to "flat" when I vape a soft drink flavor. Cola is supposed to have fizz and bubbles.

The Vapor Room has several that taste like the real thing. Their Classic Cola is dead on for Royal Crown or maybe Pepsi. (It doesn't have the pepper bite that Coke has.) They have a Sun Kissed that again, tastes just like SunKist orange. I have heard other reviews saying good things about other flavors. See their sub forum here for some reviews.

Just can't get past the "flat". If I get a free sample I'll try it, but I don't buy 'em.

A lot of the taste perception of the fizzy liquids we drink absolutely change with the carbonation. That's why I think certain flavors would be so hard to get into a vape, like beer, champagne, sodas. I would love a good Prosecco vape. But I like the contrast of the vape (Torque56) while sippin a Pepsi or a beer.

And a good cola I found was Kick Bass Vapor - Crisp Cola Somehow, it does have a little fizz. Taste is very close to gummy cola bottles or RC draft cola. I got it with the extra flavor.

Hoosier E-cigs has some good tasting soda flavored juices. Give them a try. They make all their juices on the spot where I've noticed a lot of brick and mortars sell pre-mades. I was also told by one of the people that work there that their juices don't need to be steeped. Shake well and enjoy!!

Sounds good. I love being able to just rip the package open and try right away haha

Does steeping help these types of flavors?
The more complex a flavor, the more longer steeping may help. Mt Baker recommends 4 weeks on their "tobacco" flavors, for example.

Real cola, the actual beverage, is an extremely complex flavor: lots of components go into that. I would guess the vape juice might be similarly complex.

If anyone ever comes up with a juice that tastes like Starbucks Frappuccino drinks, I'll order a 50 gallon drum ... :D
Im sure there's one out there haha

I see. I will research some steeping techniques and see if my Dr. pepper juice will improve. Thank you.
