I seen this stuff online and I wonder if it maybe can be used instead of solder and maybe even to make small PCBs . Here is what they say about it .

A real creativity enhancer.
A Conductive Adhesive formulation we have developed just for hobbyists. Great as a workable alternative to solder. Does not need a soldering iron or heat. Ideal for use in locations where heat from soldering iron is not welcome. Will bond to plastic too, so draw a circuit or make a conductive base. Use instead of a very fine layer of metal. Will adhere to many surfaces. Experimentation is the first step to achieveing your dreams.
Similar to our Conductive Paint, but better performance, much more viscous. Provides a stronger bond. Can be used in place of solder for long term use also, where a physically strong bond, as solder, is not necessary. Use your judgement

Dude, the proper tool for this job is a soldering iron. You'll be a lot happier with it. Unless there's a very specific reason you need to avoid it...like it's dangerous for you to use for some reason..... I'd get one.

You can get a low cost one here:
30 Watt Soldering Iron KIT
as one example among many. He even ships it with solder.
