I am in UAE where e cig is banned too. I started with high resistance 2.2ohm to get the same feeling of smoking. Now I prefer temperature control device cause I never get burn hit. I am happy now with istick TC40W and Evic VT. But temp contral cigarette will start from coil 0.5ohm and need lung inhale. I bought my ciq from black market locally and I believe there is somewhere in your city but be aware of copy counterfeit in the market. They are mostly clone in here UAE even e juice.
When I started I used something like the Volt G6. Don't use the pre-made carts though, buy a mini-tank / clearmizer and fill with your own liquid. A smaller device like this will attract less attention in SG!
