This was discussed on the CASAA FB page yesterday.
A new vendor was selling 100mg e-liquid for vaping without age verification.
2 Problems with this- vaping liquids that strong can be dangerous...and selling to children.
Someone found this vendor and a lot of people jumped on them....then they shut down the site "for maintenance."
It appears that there are ANTZ willing to do anything to "prove" that poison is being sold to the underage and thereby hurting this industry and our life-style.

The site that was in question is:
If you follow the link to the FB page at the bottom of their page, you can read about "their efforts" to set up fake businesses like this one to create havoc for us.

Facebook link is no longer there.

Some thoughts regarding this tactic. First, look up the domain name and see who it's registered to. If they're masking the registration information through a privacy protection service, this isn't someone you want to do business with. And as much as it pains me to say this, they should be reported to the appropriate agencies for dangerous practices.

If we, as a community, can show that we want this to be safe for authorized buyers and report sites that are obviously not safe, we may be able to get some of the heat off us and the legitimate sites we do business with.

For those of you that see unauthorized images on their site when/if it comes back up, contact the original owner of the image and have them submit a DMCA take down request to the site AND their hosting company. If the hosting company gets enough take down requests, they'll kill the site as they won't want the hassle of a site using illegal images. Contrary to what they're saying on their facebook page, whether the images are trademarked or not, authors/owners can submit take down requests and the site has to comply.
