Seems that some juices are so thick? that it doesn't flow completely through out the whole fiber inside the cartomizers and constantly creates a 50% burn taste when vaping. tried more then 1 cartomizer and so far just the one flavor has this problem and it's also the most thick that takes a bit to drain into the cartomizer.
Hunters Blend is the flavor I'm having a issue with.. Anyone else have this problem and is there a cure?
It's one of my favorites when it's vaping like it should, but after just a little bit it tastes burnt with every vape.. adding about 4 to 5 more drops causes it to over fill and leak out the bottom of the cartomizer, so it's not running dry, its just not thin enough to reach the atomizer inside..
My cartomizers hold about 30 drops.

I took a atomizer apart and part of the wick sleeve was burned in half when i unrolled the fibers inside..

You may want to try different cartos. I have not used Hunters in a carto but I have a carto running right now with Malty Toffee which is pretty thick and not having any issues. I'm using the 510 dual coils from Don. I have had issues with other cartos but these seem to be working out really well. I mainly drip but sometimes it's nice to have a carto.

cartos can be persnickety. i've had some that do exactly as you describe, and others that perform for weeks on end. if i have an issue with one, it gets tossed.
there are brands of cartos that don't like vg mixes, i presume because the filler is packed too tight. i stopped using those. i only use dual coils or boge, both of which (for the most part) perform well with vg mixes.

Well I have tried 15 other flavors with different mixes and they all work fine in my cartomizers. Just this 1 flavor is giving me the same consistent issue on 2 brand new cartomizers.
The only carto issues i have are taking a extra second or 2 to heat up before I can take a drag and that is probably because the element is getting dirty

Sometimes my regular boges works really well with my all day vape which is malty toffee. Other times they don't even last a day, so I totally agree with ejokers opinion on them.

I've tried the dual coils which seem to feed better and just recently the kanger horizontal cartomizers. The kangers totally suck when I try to vape my malty toffee (they don't feed well), but they really rock with casablanca (no doubt because its 70/30 pg/vg).

I also use reo's which are bottom feeding mods so I'm always rewicking my carto's with squonk action as opposed to dripping into them. That might also have a different outcome too.
