So I got my Riva 510 and a few eliquids. I got the battery charging up. It says I need to attach the cartridge to the atomiser. Do I need to fill the cartridge first? And I am not sure which end connects to it.
The pack contained 2 batteries, a charger, 10 empty cartridges, 2 atomisers and 1 cone shaped thing. What is the cone shaped thing? Do I need it? And what is the point of it? Also how much liquid do you add to the cartridges?
Sorry for all these basic questions but I am completely new to all this.

I've never used a PV that uses a cone, but from what I gather it is an aesthetic piece that creates a smooth transition from a large (wide) battery to the atty/cart on a 510 system. Probably not necessary, but I would use it. Yes, you need to fill the cartridge before vaping, but I don't think it matters much if you do it before or after you put the cart on the atomizer. Most cartridges I have used hold about 15 drops of liquid, but I can't speak specifically for the system you purchased - I just keep adding them until it stops soaking into the fiberfill, sometimes they only take about 12 drops. The atomizer screws into the battery, so that should be pretty self explanatory, you'll probably have to take a small cap off the end of the cartridge to fill it, it may even have a cap on both ends (some do), but it should be pretty obvious once you do, which end slides into the atomizer.

Sounds like you have it figured out, except the cone. I don't know, but I'm GUESSING the cone slides over the atomizer or atomizer/cartridge, with the narrower end closest to you and the wider end closest the battery. Never used one, so I don't know if you have to put it on before you screw in the atomizer, or after the atty (atomizer) but before the cart (cartridge) or if the cone goes on last... sorry.
