The Ego-C is just the lastest release. It essentially uses the same battery(though there is a 5 click lock out on the "C"), and tank, but the atomizer is what makes the two systems different.

You can purchase Ego-T systems (Including clones) from many sources. Currently the Ego-C is only available from Ovale.

The other questions digress, as they are subjective to opinion.

I hated the Ego T system with a passion. Im waiting for more reviews on the C before i decide to try it or not. The Ego Batterys themselves are very good and durable. I still use my original ego battery with cartomizers.

I'm using the Ego-C right now, and I love it. No problems with it, but I'm still breaking it in. But love it enough that I just purchased another starter kit tonight for the DBF.
