There is a great deal of information in the new member forum, the stickies at the top of the page. I started there and it helped me a lot. My suggestion to you would be to do just that. I am not sure I understand your specific questions and would not want to mislead you as I am kind of new to this too.
After I did some research there alot of my initial questions were answered. Some other more specific questions were then answered by the wonderful folks here at ECF which are always willing to help out.

I have a Ego T type B and I find that I get different vapor from different juices.It all depends on the mix ratio.
Yes, the Ego-C from Ovale is an electronic cigarette. I have one kit, and another on order due to deliver on Monday.
The difference in puffs is probably the Mah's. Currently the branded Ego-C from Ovale only comes with 650 Mah - but you can use a larger Ego Mah instead if you choose to. You'd need to buy that separately.

A: This entire forum is dedicated to the E CIG or electronic cigarette. They are NOT refered to as "fake cigarettes". Yes, the eGo C is an E CIG.
Q: Is there a way to make a cigarette EGO-C / T to get more smoke?
A: You are exhaling a VAPOR (thus the term vaping). It is comprised of mostly water. It is NOT smoke (no burning of paper and tobacco). The technique that you use to VAPE and also the particular JUICE that you use will have a lot to do with VAPOR production from any of the E CIGs.

A: OK, I'm gonna take a "wack" at this one.
The eGo-C battery is 650 MaH. The eGo-T battery is 1000 MaH. This is a measurement of how "strong" the battery is which translates into how long the battery can last before recharging is necessary. The higher the MaH rating, the longer the battery will last. But, this is also effected by how you vape. I have much "smaller" batteries that last a very long time because I may not vape as much as other people who would want a much "stronger" battery.

As stated, Nicotine isn't a carcinogen, but lots of other stuff in real cigarettes are. The liquids can have different nicotine strength depending on the user's preference.
You can get liquid that does not contain nicotine - it is called "Zero nic" or "0mg" liquid. It is only the base liquid with flavorings added. Some people that quit smoking cigarettes use nicotine liquid to start and then step down to lower and lower amounts until they are using only the flavored liquid without any nicotine. I use the Zero liquid to mix mine down because the shop I buy from locally does not carry the strength I prefer, only higher and lower nicotine mixes than I prefer.
