Priority shipping is 2-3 days, right? Well the supplier claims the parcel went out on the 11th but the tracking info is saying that it just got shipped out just before midnight of last night. Mail just came and there was nothing. I wouldnt usually make such a big deal about this but I am currently without my e-cig due to my atty going out. Why in the world do we pay $5-6 extra to have priority?:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

EDIT:I would like to make it clear to everyone on here that reads this thread that THIS IS NOT A RANT ABOUT THE SUPPLIER,BUT THE USPS!!! I have no problems at all with the supplier as the customer service is outstanding and every phone call and e-mail has been responded to ASAP.

The purpose of priority shipping as far as I can tell is for tracking info. I actually called the PO and asked the difference between priority anf first calss and they are both 1-3 days in the continental US.

That being said I have a package that reads this :
Detailed Results:

Electronic Shipping Info Received, January 13, 2010
Processed through Sort Facility, January 12, 2010, 6:23 pm, OAKLAND, CA 94615

According to the above, the package cleared the post office BEFORE they even knew it was coming! ROFL! Gotta love the Post office. My last shipment from mad vapes never showed it cleared the post office.

he probably created the label on the 11th. When it actually gets to the PO is another matter.........

No he told me he actually sent it out on Monday and it should be here by yesterday or today. Its just ridiculous. I understand that its out of his control once usps has it but I am not the only one to be having problems with this supplier as I have read in other post's (after I had placed my order.

If it was sent on Monday and priority mail is 2 - 3 days, then the earliest you would have received it would have been today and since you didn't, you should receive it tomorrow.

Most places that ship to me via Priority Mail get here in two days. Some west coast suppliers take three days to get to me though..

The difference between first class and priority is not the tracking. First class mail has an upper limit of 13 ounces in weight and can take more than two to three days. Priority mail is faster and IF you get "Delivery Confirmation" you get some semblance of tracking.

I hope that helps!

PS - The tracking information from the USPS is not exactly reliable either...

Again, gotta love the post office as the difference between priority mail and first class is what I was quoted by them. That plus the fact you cannot get tracking on first class it must be priority for the tracking info... go figure!

Just to make sure I was clear, you can get "Delivery Confirmation" on either First Class or Priority packages, so the primary difference is weight restrictions and delivery time.

You can check out the USPS website and they let you calculate postage and it also tells you the expected time.. :D

tracking info has been strange lately, I keep getting nothing at click-n-ship (or whatever it's called I forget) then all the info is avalible the day my package arrives in the mail.

normally my delivery time is 3-4 days unless it's Cignot I was shocked to see they are really close to me I get stuff from them in 2 days.

Not from what I've seen. I've received from Cali in two days, First Class. Five days from Georgia, Priority. Those are the extremes but no matter what USPS tells you, well don't get your hopes up folks. Priority is only as good as the people handling it.

Heck I'm PO'd at the Post Office right now because they said they delivered my juice at 6:32 no freaking way because they don't even deliver mail that late..so I'm sitting here with 4 carts left and a little bit of juice. Hopefully they will have it here tomorrow but it's not in mi hand :( If I get mail tomorrow and I don't have a package I am going to be mad grrrrrrrrr

Better start talking to the neighbors. If USPS said they already delivered it that means they probably delivered it to the wrong address.:(

In my area sometimes the post office sends out a different mail carrier than the normal post man to deliver packages in a seperate truck..Sometimes these mail carriers don't know the area as well and mess up.Not trying to get you to worry but thinking your past that point any way.Good luck, vape on.
