Currently I'm using an EMDCC setup. I really enjoy my mega dual coil cartos, for many reasons, but I've been off analogues for weeks now and I'm starting to get the bug. I've had my eye on the SB for awhile now and I think I just need a smooth talking salesman to turn the tide.

I work offshore as a commercial diver and I've been on holiday for a couple months now and am soon to return to work. That means constant contact with salt water on deck. I don't know how well my eGo batteries are going to last if they get wet, especially with saltwater. I imagine it's not going to end well. The SB is aluminum right? Which should alleviate most of my water concerns with proper care.

However, what is going to be more satisfying about my vape from a SB than from an eGo battery. Sell me!

Oh, and let it be noted that I've already purchased a 510/eGo adapter so that I can continue using my EMDCCartos.

A few times a week I go ahead and put it in my cart on atlsmoke.com, but I just can't pull the trigger!

I can't say enough good things about the silver bullet. It's perfect for a corrosive environment providing you wipe it down inside and out regularly. As far as moisture and corrosion on the inside some valaline on the threads could go a long way keeping it out. I'm not sure about switch problems though. The SB is a well built and sturdy mod that will hold up to harsh environments.

the SB is just fantastic, you will love it. i don't know anything about how it would handle the marine environment, but given the construction i'd have to think it would do at least as well as just about any other mod. Vapor-wise, it's fabulous. Mountainous plumes of rich vapor. Great button, hefty, tough threads, great battery life. You won't regret it.
