Im a motor sports fabricator. I mostly produce stainless steel porsche and Lamborghini exhaust systems along with one off systems for exotics like Aston Martin (the most recent one off exotic system i've done) but pretty much make anything out of metal. I made some exhaust tips trying out a new method but the boss men didn't like it. So, i decided to make a coffee mug out of it. Let me know what you guys think.

I posted it on my instagram and people went nuts over it. I may make more. Who knows....

Very nice! I love stainless in almost anything.

Hey, since you're a metal guy, I'll ask...I'm looking at getting a home (hobby grade) metal lathe under $2000 and was wondering if you might have some suggestions. I'm currently leaning toward the Grizzly G0516 for several reasons most notably because it is reversible and it has a mini mill that can be switched over to being dedicated with the addition of a conversion table for $200 from LMS. Needless to say, I also do not have a mill and that seems like a pretty decent way to get both.

That looks like a pretty sweet set up for a hobby lathe. I say go for it!

Sweet!

Do you do much with Titanium? I've had a soft spot for it ever since I briefly worked with it in the 1980s...

I've done a lot of repairs to it on exhaust systems but haven't been able to build anything from scratch using ti. Its so expensive people just don't want to nut up for it.
