MBV juice is so cheap for a re-seller ... it wouldn't be worth trying to re-brand something as MBV.

you'd be harming your own rep long before MBV's rep ... lot's of B&M's resell MBV because people want it on the spot.

MBV knows what they are doing as a juice maker ... they have aggressive pricing for both consumer and re-seller ... you would be hard pressed to find fake MBV juice.

Doesn't surprise me. I am not a MBV to start with, I only found one to two juice I find decent to be an all day vape. This is also why you won't see Five Pawns, Mr Good Vape and many others in every shop. Those companies control the price and markup that retailers can charge. I think this is good for the brand. MBV it's about making a buck and as quick as possible.

Looking at the MBV label, I could reproduce it on my computer in half an hour anyway, and once I've created one, I could print 100,000 So if a company wants to counterfeit it, not much MBV can do. I doubt the reseller would last long doing that, or buying MBV labels and affixing them to junk juice.

But the general point is valid... this whole business is in the Wild Wild West mode, so you just have to rely on references and your own experience. And yes, $11.99 for 15mg is absurd for MBV-quality content, IMO. Their deliveries always get to me in about 3 days. I'd just order online if I were you.

No manufacturer has absolute control over their product once it leaves their possession. How many unscrupulous businesses are there out there? No way to tell. I recently purchased a BBQ online from a company that has either a big red K or a big blue S. There was a part missing, when I contacted them they told me there was no way for them to replace it. The manufacturer when I contacted them wanted to charge me for it, upon further explanation they agreed to send the part to me free of charge. The company I purchased it from used to be in my opinion one of the most reputable companies in existence. needless to say, I'll never shop there again.

Beyond that how do you know that the person mixing your juice is not hungover or just having a bad day and screws it up royally? Stuff happens. One guarantee in life you will die eventually past that nobody can promise anything.

I think it is great that the OP took time to research. So many of us just take for granted what we buy and consume. I welcome people who "drill down" on the information. It is an extremely useful RL skill. Her conclusion is sound. How many "flea market" vendors could be doing this? I don't know, but the possibility is there. If there is a profit to be made, however nefariously, there is someone "out there" doing that exact same thing.

I agree. It would be pointless to buy MBV labels to put on your "own" juice. Buying MBV juice and putting your own labels on it...different story altogether, and I'm sure that is done more often than not.

Actually, MBV will do it for you (make and adhere your own label). If you look on the wholesale page they have the fee for this listed. My local B&M used that service when he first started up.

here in minnesota where commercial real estate runs about 100 dollars a square foot in the cities or more. $11.99 does not seem to be exorbitant at all.a small 30 x 20 shop will cost you $5000 plus utilities, plus wages, plus licensing, any advertising,etc.. .the better the location the higher the rent and you haven't sold a drip tip yet.with out a store front you can cut your cost renting ware house space significantly.
