Something is seriously wrong with the Bauway USA mix I got from you.

I decided to ask here because I did not like the answer I received from the help desk. I kind of felt insulted after I read the reply. I have been vaping Bauway Marl which is called USA mix here in the US for 3 months straight. Nothing in between. I know eliquids can vary slightly from time to time, but this liquid I received is MENTHOL. I have purchased Bauway Marl/usa mix from several places, including Bauway and this is the first time ever it tasted like a totally different and in fact menthol e liquid. It is also a different color and I didnt give that much thought at first. I just assumed you ordered a different PG/VG ratio. I have always been very happy with your service and I received my order in a record 2 days, but you cannot tell me that this is how Bauway Usa mix usually tastes. My husband who also vapes Bauway USA mix 90% of the time tasted it and asked why I bought menthol. I then told him I didnt and what it is supposed to be. He laughed but I didnt think it was too funny.

I cracked a bottle and have been vaping it and does taste normal, I'm not tasting anything menthol in it.. Reply back to your ticket and we'll see what we can do with it.. Say hoog said to.

Hoog, maybe they're not all the same? Mine is menthol too... This is my goto juice and it's never tasted like this. Also, it has a pinkish hue. I've never tried a menthol juice and now I'm glad I didn't! Not my thing... Ticket submitted.

I just opened up my last order, 2 Cuban Cigar's & RY4, the other flavors I ordered for a friend.
The Cuban Cigar is way off, been useing this stuff for a long time, and there are small changes in batches, but this time it don't smell or taste anything like Cuban Cigar, it taste more like a weak tobacco flavor. The vapor isn't as good as the Cuban of before. The label isn't there anymore, just a small sticker saying Cuban Cigar. Not totally unusable, but wish I had some RY4 to mix it with.

Now with the RY4, This taste just like the Cuban Cigar use to be. Now I'm no expert on Ry4, but I have used it and Runyon 4. I use it to mix with my Cuban or Marl for use in my 5vt mod at night while I'm on the computer. I like the flavor, but is too strong straight.
I'm not complaining about the RY4, cause I love the Cuban Cigar taste.
I'm just confused now and don't know what to order next time?

Is this a different manufacture now, or is someone else putting the stickers on the bottles?
I'm thinking bottles are getting mixed up before the stickers go on.

I love the Cuban Cigar, and this one bottle of RY4 won't last long, but do I order the RY4 (with the Cuban taste) or what?
Can I get it taste tested before shipping?

I didn't send a ticket, because I know there are no returns on this stuff.
Just point me in the right direction of getting some real Cuban Cigar or RY4 that taste and smells like it. I need to order, this one bottle won't last. :-(

I got my bottles today and yep, I got the pink-ish, menthol-y stuff that others have received. I've never bought Bauway USA Mix before, so I don't know how it is supposed to look/taste like. I'm just saying, I too received some of this "off" batch.

Yes the new batch tastes different. It does not taste bad. But definitely different.

The frustrating reality is that China liquids come from halfway around the world. Therefor, quality-control is also halfway around the world.

The last batch of USA Mix was by far my favorite vape. Yes I'm a little bummed. Right now I'd pay a pretty penny for more of the old batch.

But it's the nature of a young industry. This isn't Coke or Pepsi. It's e-liquid coming from China. This isn't the first nor the last time this has happened.

Thanks Hoog, I really didnt expect a refund or anything. I just wanted to let you guys know. I know that this is not Madvapes fault and that you guys receive the stuff sealed and ship it the same way you received it. I was truly hoping the one that I received was mislabeled since it is menthol and that I could buy some of the regular. I wouldnt even care if you guys cracked it open and tested it to make sure it is not menthol. I know I cannot return eliquids nor am I tying to. I have issues with most e liquids. I am not sure what because I have had issues with both PG and VG liquids. I am thinking it is maybe something else, but Bauway Marl didnt affect me and I also liked it too. I ordered a liter of Bauway Marl before I ordered this stuff. I am a nervous wreck that it will be the same as what you sent. I honestly prefer to buy from Madvapes but you guys had been out of this eliquid for awhile. The prices, products and shipping times cannot be beat. I understand what your rep meant about china eliquids can vary slightly from time to time, but this stuff is completely different. I think maybe they mislabeled or made a mistake somewhere with your order. It happens. There is also the language barrier thing that doesnt help. I just did not want anyone to think that I was putting Madvapes down because I am not. I was just hoping to alert you of the problem incase the entire lot of e liquid is like this. I figured it might save some headaches. I highly recommend Madvapes to anyone who vapes and I will continue to shop there.

I couldn't put my finger on the flavor, but I think I got it now. It tastes like plastic. Like it was shipped unflavored and mentholated and leeched the taste of the bottle.

Glad i didn't order any of that. The baco flavors are so hit and miss... Thats why i just ordered a monster bottle of the Tutti Fruity till i find a good tobacco fix

I would contact Bauway if most of the stuff is that menthol crap. I know you probably cannot or wouldnt want to return the stuff, but maybe they will make it up to you on your next order or atleast make sure they send you the correct stuff next time.

Can you please compare the flavor of the Marl to the old (good) batch of USA Mix? Same flavor? Slightly different? I loved the semi-sweetness of the USA Mix and now need to find another similar flavor. Thanks.

It is exactly the same. Bauway doesnt actually make a usa mix. It is called marl. I think vendors can request the label to say USA mix due to the problems they are having for calling stuff Marlboro or anything even close. I have been buying it from Madvapes and Indyvaporshop. Both vendors Bauway usa mix were identical until this last batch I bought from Madvapes. Indyvapor shop is due to get some in but havent yet.

Brent at hooiserecigsupply ordered some for me and it ended up being Dekang. The rep tried to tell him dekang and bauway were the same thing when he contacted them due to it strangly tasting like dekang usa mix. He didnt buy it from Bauway directly but was told they had it when he ordered. Atleast he was able to figure out what the juice was. He also offered me a refund which I thought was kind but I told him not to worry about it. I appreciated his efforts and he had other customers that purchased it that would have to be dealt with. I have no idea what madvapes was sent.

This clearly isnt Madvapes fault. We all do need understand that juice can and will vary. Madvapes has sent me several freebies with my orders and that more than makes up for something that is beyond their control. I do hope that they continue to carry Bauway eliquids. In fact I beg that they do. I can order from china but I prefer to order it here. I have ordered many bottles of juice that were exactly what they were supposed to be and tasted like crap. I didnt expect a refund then so I shouldnt expect one now. My goal in this thread was to inform Madvapes that something was wrong and maybe save them some trouble. I do understand that they probably get complaints all the time so mine was just another in the pot when I sent a message through the help desk. I actually tried to call first.

I hope you guys got it straightened out and please do not stop carrying Bauway eliquids. Many of us depend on you. We all need to know that when we buy an eliquid, we are stuck with it good or bad. I do not think anyone accepts returns due to health reasons. Just remember all the samples and freebies madvapes has thrown into your box. With many vendors you are lucky to get what you ordered and forget the freebie. We can inform vendors when something is wrong but do expect any of them to take returns on eliquid.

I just got my order in the mail. Slightly mentholated (very slightly) and pink as described. I submitted a ticket. I was sort of planning on making another order, so if they replace this bottle that would work out well.

Now I just have to figure out what to do with this bunky USA Mix... maybe I can freeze it and use it as a throwing weapon for self defense.
