I have been vaping mtl for the past 2 months or so
I started with 6 mg 2.5ml a day to quit the sticks (half a pack ex smoker) and never touched one since
After a short while i cut down to 4.5mg 2.5 ml a day cause i felt like 6mg is too strong for me
Then i felt like i wanted to vape more a day but get pretty much the same nic amount so i started vaping 3mg and about 3.75 ml a day
Now i get after taking long drags of the mtl stick device i have some stomachache so i tried vaping less but i am not satisfied from it and need to vape more like 15 min later...
Should i cut down more? Cause it seems crazy to me that i keep feeling like the e liquid i vape is too strong for me even though i keep cuting down

It could be the nic, especially with sub0hm vapes, the volume of vapor is so intense you can swallow some (although, it can happen with any setup). Some people are more sensitive to the effect than others.

I do also agree that it may be one (or more) ingredients that aren't agreeing with you, and it could be anything really. Trying different flavors and VG/PG ratios may help, not just reducing the nic content, although I honestly think it could be either.

I might start paying attention to how you vape, and see if you think that some of your eliquid could wind up being swallowed etc. Also, some nic just doesn't agree with some folks. You could try nic salt juices for example, you might wind up with a different response, although the problem may be finding a nic salt juice that is of low enough nic content to satisfy you. If you have the remotest interest in DIY, you could get a nic salt sample (most DIY places will send a sample for the cost of shipping. Get it in either PG or VG, and then add enough PG or VG to dilute it down to your desired strength, and don't add flavors. That may tell you if it's the nic that remains the problem, or some other ingredients. If it's bad, I might repeat the experiment using VG, if you started with PG. That should tell you about your main ingredients, and then if there's a sensitivity you know how to proceed. I'd say the final step would be adding flavors (either by more DIY if so inclined, if not, then trying out some different vendor juices to see if you can get the problem to stop, etc.

Best of luck, these things can get tricky. I am PG sensitive and can only use a very small amount. I'm also not able to play well with vanillas (believe me, I tried, I like vanilla) but they all make me hoarse. Something in that flavoring just doesn't agree with me.

Best of luck,

Anna

Might want to try a different e liquid vendor and see if the problem persists. We are all different, so it's hard recommending a solution to your problem. Since vaping is totally scalable, the choice you have can be overwhelming. The main thing to remember is, part of vaping is all about you the vaper, being in control and the freedom to fix/tailor any aspect of vaping you feel you need to improve upon. A visit to a B&M Vape shop may answer some of your concerns.
