Hi Vererans,

I have tried quitting smoking, but my old ecig just cant made it. So I went back to analog. Recently i tried to quit again n started vaporing with a new DCT. However after a week or 2, it seems the Cartomizer seem to be 'Stacked' or Jam. So i puff harder but it just simply fed me with some juice. Ok its over flowed. n i blowed n washed. n it happens again n again. Now i have just washed in boiling water n blow out whatever it has in it n rise with water n blow n i found some black powder stuffs coming out of it.
Till its is clean now.
Please help me..
I really do not wish to go back to Analog ..
:tumble:

Many Thanks in advance
Des

This is a pretty common problem with DCTs. There are a few things that can go wrong, the most likely is that you're puffing too hard, and creating suction into the cartomizer. That causes more liquid to go into the carto than it can handle, and it either gives it to you through the mouth piece, or vents it out the air holes into the 510 connector.

Once it's flooded, they're pretty tough to get back to a non-flooded state. I've always just thrown mine away once they do that. The real key is to puff gently, let the carto give you the vapor, don't try to suck it out.

Also, remember, because of a cartomizer's design, it's disposable. They're not really meant to last forever. :)
