Something wrong with this industry. Vendors hiding reviews.

What is it with vendors not publishing reviews? I've seen so many vendors only having a few reviews and like the last review was published in 2012 or 2013. You know they have sold things past those dates so why aren't they honest about things?

I haven't reviewed every item I've ever purchased but for those in which I have, MadVapes is the only one to publish 100% of my reviews. Hell, I've even gone back and added an extra review for the same item after I changed my opinion on it. And while AquaVapor hasn't published all my reviews, they always send me an invitation to review items I've purchased after having used them for a while. They then give you reward points for published reviews. I got $40 of free stuff just from my reviews.

Forty dollars ust for published reviews? Do they publish bad reviews. I looked at an item on LLBean's site and the first page of many were nothing but bad to horrible. I appreciate vendors like that.

Yep. They give you $5.00 for published reviews. Even if an item only cost a dollar.

Do they publish bad reviews.

Doesn't look like they publish bad reviews. The lowest one I could find after looking around right now was a 3 stars out of 5 review here. I've had both positive and negative reviews not published by them though.

I agree to a point. Some of my favorite e-liquid vendors publish every single review - good, bad and sometimes just downright rude. I personally admire the honesty and I believe that if they are transparent in the reviews of their products, they are likely to offer better customer service. Not always, but it's often a good indicator.

Saying that, I suppose it's too much to ask that every vendor does this. It's not just in vaping circles, but many other online stores. I do understand but I don't particularly like the practice.

That's why if I know a vendor hides negative reviews I just won't use them for any purchases.

I like that the Musicians Friend website has the reviews set up on a voting system, and will show you the top good review, and the top bad review first.
