I still get cravings sometimes after two years of vaping. But I'm at the point where I trust myself to occasionally indulge in one or two sometimes. They usually get so gross that after a couple I just want my vape again. I hate to admit that I did smoke a bunch out on the lake while fishing this past weekend. I was also dripping on the boat too, but my buddy was smoking and after being around it all day you want one lol.

Interesting note though, my friends in other boats could figure out where our boat was by watching for the giant white plumes of vape lol.

Hang in there, man. Lots of good suggestions here.
Me, I've never looked back, and I consider myself to be somewhat prone to nicotine addiction. I just, when I quit, I told myself I was done forever. It's crazy because I never had that sort of self discipline about cigarettes before, idk, maybe something just clicked in my brain and... I can't even ponder it. I'll never touch them again. Ever. I think a large part of my attitude about it came from the fact that I had just become disgusted with cigarettes and myself (new dad guilt played a role as well).

Give it time. Meanwhile you can try some of the ideas here. Good luck, you can do this!

I remember how you feel. I always had a second mod and tank with a higher nicotine level loaded and ready to go on the vape shelf for myself and the wife. Hit a rough spot and go grab the one with higher nic and a few puffs and it would go away. Three years of vaping and I still get the odd craving but I just chain vape or grab my mod with the TFV4 which gives me twice the hit of vape as my go to daily mod gives me. Don't give in to the cravings as it does get easier with time. Good luck to you. CHEERS!
