My husband and I were getting really frustrated with only having one battery each while waiting for our replacements to arrive. Now granted, we shipped the defected batteries back to the company on Sept 9th, so I knew the defected ones hadn't even reached the company yet. It's really sucked having to wait 4 hours for the batteries to recharge. We've done our best not to kill each other and have bought some analogs to help get through so we wouldn't kill each other or our sons.

Over the weekend, I emailed the company letting them know how unsatisfied we were with receiving defected batteries and that it's been a huge inconvenience for us to spend $230 on a product only to not have it work the way it should. I also mentioned that at this point in time I'm not likely to recommend their company to anyone. I was courteous in my email but also straight forward with my complaint.

Well, I got an email this morning from the company saying they're shipping the replacement batteries today even though they have not received the defected batteries yet. They're also shipping the bonus package of pre-filled carts (variety flavors) that we didn't receive with our first order.

Had I not complained, who knows how long it would be before we got the replacements back!

We bought before I found this forum. Like so many others, it was mind boggling and we just went with this one company. Trust me, we won't be going back to them! The $230 was for basically 2 kits all total they had: 4 batts, 4 atties, 2 USB and wall chargers, 10 pre-filled carts, 10 empty carts, 2 carry cases and 30ml juice plus we ordered 10 extra carts and an extra 30ml juice. So I don't feel like we got THAT screwed over, but it's been inconvenient with losing a battery each.

To bad All Battery didn't go by that policy. They sold me a defective product, Charged me almost $9.00 for shipping, had me pay the $2.99 (what shipping really costs) to ship it back then refunded my money all except the $12.00 in shipping costs. Steer clear of All Battery.

I did have to pay for shipping the defects back but they're footing the bill for shipping the replacements to me.
