i am about purchase the ultimate ultimatum and a couple other things and i just wanted recomendations on strengths and flavors. I smoke a pack a day marlboro reds if that helps any! I thought maybe some marlboro cartomizors and some carmel ones, some maarlboro juice, dok pepper juice to get started. What mg-strength do you think? Any other sugestions?

My guess for you would be 24mg. If you are used to the nicotine hit from a red, anything less might be light for you. Of course, I must be candid, 24mg is my personal fave so I think it is good for all! Hubby smoked two packs a day of reds and likes the 24mg but loves the 36mg.
I would also check out some other flavors - they might surprise you. Coffee, Cappucino, and Chocolate are all excellent "gateway" flavors.

The Kamel carts are very good too. For something different, try the whiskey. I'm surprised how much I like this flavor.

I think you will! Welcome! You have found a great place and will get all the support you need... I myself prefer the 18mg, but use the 24 at times. But I smoked the lights. At night I vape the low 8 and 0 nics. Not much of a throat hit but tons of flavor! Enjoy and welcome again!

Well I was going to suggest getting some in lower strengths, depending on how much you will want to vape! But I am a litttle late in my post, sorry
I like the 8 mg because I can vape on it like crazy! The higher the nic the less you vape so I might vape about 20 to 35 puffs where someone with a higher nic would maybe only take 3 to 10. Even with smoking 2 packs a day Sometimes I could sit and smoke 5 in a row wanting more the action of smoking and sometimes I would let them burn up and only have one every few hours. I even like the 0 mg cartos for when my nic craving is satisfied but my action craving isn't!

i got some beer in 8mg and some low strawberry juice so maybe that will work for me
It's good that you got low mg carts as well. I smoked Dark Horse and Marlboro Reds and ordered 36mg and 24mg carts.. they were too strong. I like 8mg or 11mg.
I guess everyone is different, as I smoked Marlboro Ultra Lights and I'm hooked on the 24 and 36mg cartos. The lower ones don't have the kick I'm looking for.
I just suggest everyone try a few different flavors, and a few different strengths. Give it a few weeks and a few orders, you'll find your sweet spot. Also remember that as your taste buds recover from smoking, the taste of the vapes will change, and you might like new flavors more, or not like some as much.
