PG and/or VG is in everything. H*ll, it was in our cigarettes lol. :p
It's in cake frosting & the edible writing gel ya write your daughter's name with...
PG was in your toothpaste back when you could remember to brush your teeth...
PG or VG is in the wax your wife melts to make the house smell good on holidays.
PG is in your DO he steals from you, for that terrible onion-garlic BO, your husband has after lasagna dinner.
PG is in your shampoo, your car wash, your car wax, your bald husband's head wax ;)
PG is pumped through (the big city) hospital AC systems- It both sterilizes & removes mold-spores from air.
PG is even used to vaporize steroidal asthma medicine in defibrillators for newborn babies.
My little cousin Trav inhales PG vapor every day of his life from a defibrillator. Kid vapes more PG than me!
PG can also be found in aerosol sprays and some of your asthma inhalers. It's in cigarettes & cigars, too.

Heck, VG is in your grated cheese. It's in your breakfast cereal, too. VG is used in puddings, most pre-packaged pizza dough, and it's in your minute-rice and minute-potatoes as-well. Large quantities of VG is also found in flavored adult beverages, like smirnoff and apple-rum. It's in those MIO drink enhancers too. VG is found in most condiments, like your mustard, your ketchup, your mayo, and even your relish & cocktail sauce!! VG can also be found inside of your children's haloween candies, it's in your CountryCrock & ICantBelieveItsNOTButter, and it's in your Progreso soup from mommy and daddy and campbells for little jimmy and joe. VG is in that nasty cough syrup, with it's friend, PG, as-well. :D Ya cannot hide from these two non-inebriating alcohols!!! In-fact, you being a vaper, you're most-likely getting well over the FDA's daily recommendations for exposure to both PG and VG. In-fact, you probably inhale well over the recommended exposure limits alone, and then you can pile on-to that all of the products & foods that contain them.

So remember to DRINK DRINK DRINK those eight 8oz glasses of H2o every day, remember to check your urine color for dehydration. Remember to enjoy your vape, and most of all, remember to ENJOY your vape journey!! :)

If the food product is not made-up of at-least 30 to 99.9% of the ingredient, it does not need to be listed in the ingredients list, as it could-be an amount just-under or well under 30% of the total gross food product. Propylene Glycol and Vegetable Glycerin are both used both as moisture keeping agents, and as preservatives, too. They are also used as hemectants to reduce the loss of moisture during storage. They are used as hydroscopic agents (an agent or ingredient that attracts moisture from other ingredients) to prevent the cake batter powder from drying out the chocolate chips, for example.

I simply could-not list all of the USES of our PG and VG in both our food products & our beauty/wash products, our medical products, and our miscellaneous products. I can't do it!! Just know that PG and VG are the salt & pepper of the manufacturing process. & if one company doesn't utilize them, there are 10 more that do.

In point of fact, long term inhalation hazards--if any-- are not known. People haven't been vaping long enough to find out. But is is a bit crazy to be worried about such common ingredients until we do know something. I knew an old guy, lawyer by profession, but he was an aviation pioneer. Started with cloth and string biplanes, flew C-47s over the hump in War II to feed Chiang's army and hot foot the Japanese, then later gave up engines and was still flying gliders in his 80s. He once said "I don't understand you young people. Ya'll are all worried about living a long time. When I was your age, I was worried about living well." That's worth thinking about.
