I think that thread was actually pretty balanced in our dislike for the way a CS issue, no matter how caustic, was handled, and apparently Mike saw the light as well, and apologized.
I don't understand the reputation we seem to have as these die-hard defenders of Bloog, when criticism abounds in this very sub-forum, and it's probably the sub-forum most willing to allow such criticism.
Anyway, I didn't PM him, and I was critical of Mike's handling of the issue in that thread.

I hate to be a buzzkill, no seriously, does anyone have a really good buzz, I'd hate to get in the way of that....
But, I don't think he's a troll at all. While I can totally see your perspectives on his posts being bothersome, he's not doing it TO BE bothersome or just make new friends I don't believe. Remember he's kinda rubbed ya wrong in a similar way in the past? I think he's just shooting straight as he see's it, and in ways that's commendable. I'm oftenscaredhesitant to rock the boat sometimes. I think he see's himself as just stepping up to bat. Basically he bought the customers story more than we did, related to it more than we did, and was more offended and less forgiving of Mike's actions than we were. Seems like everybody was on the same page, we just came away with our own reactions. At least he's not threatening to run back to analogs! (I expect ya'll to get all my bloog forum references, but that refers to some riv4l lurking I did, it was awesome)

Would just like to say thanks to the four people who did PM me with positive messages... especially the links to other places that have comparable products (add cheaper). I did order some of them and look forward to seeing how they compare to the BMF.
I appolize to everyone else. I clearly don't belong here and I am sorry. It is tough to find a place to fit in. I never have been good at going along with the main stream and just cow tailing to the current that happens to be moving strong ...
It burns my chaps that forum shmucks had such a prominent role in discouraging me off of a certain product but I also won't lie to myself and say it isn't so.

twoskin, I was annoyed because in my opinion you misrepresented what occurred in that thread and you stated that we hate the individuals in the Vapor4Life subforum. I post there regularly and consider many on that side of the fence as forum-friends. I hate no one and certainly not a company.
It appeared that you posted in such a way as to invite a positive response by appealing to their view, rather it was true or not. To me, you were dishonest at our expense and your benefit.
As one of the individuals you libeled, how could I not be annoyed?
I have no malice towards you now or before. I regret you made that post and what you felt was its necessity. I regret that there is a fence, that we divide ourselves and that differences are seen as cause for separation rather than the positive benefits they are.
I wish you peace and that you find a place here and everywhere you go. I for one will continue to welcome all except ignorance.

i frequent the V4L subforum since i'm a customer of theirs. i saw the thread that pretty much "hammered" the Bloog CS and read through the whole thing (i'm looking for additional juice vendors, etc
) but all in all here's my take on that whole thread. CS did (eventually) apologize for the lack of professionalism, they also replaced a battery that was killed by the customer, not by defective product. so CS did a good thing by replacing the product (even though it wasn't a warranty issue) but they hosed that with bad rhetoric after the fact. yes the customer apparently hassled and tormented the CS staff but they should have been more professional. However, Mike responded, apologized and offered to make it right...and that should settle the matter...on the subforum issues, i haven't seen any anti-V4L post in the Bloog subforum(haven't really looked either seems to me that it would be a waste of my time...i could be wrong though) and on the same token i haven't seen any anti-Bloog stuff on V4L subforum either. anyone should know that on a vendor subforum the ones who frequent that subforum will definitely be dedicated to that vendor's products. so jmo but it simply seems that some people have their knickers in a twist over nothing. i'm still looking at other vendors, i'm perfectly happy with V4L but as with all e-cig vendors i've seen so far they have issues with keeping stock up due to import restrictions, etc. so having more than one supplier is a good thing.
in a nutshell (i know i'm long winded but that's just me
) i don't think either subforum users are bashing the other and it should stay that way. we are all here to support each other as vapers...
It is a tiny statue that I found very cool when I visited the Leopold Museum in Vienna Austria.
