Let's hope that this isn't going to last long, some of us rely on the cheaper china airmail for our orders/supplies.
Ok, DHL or EMS may be faster, but is very, very expensive, if i placed an order for $10, it would cost $20 DHL, $22 EMS to ship it to me in UK, and just $4 China Airmail, quite a big difference and the reason a lot of us choose to go with China Airmail.

Because you stoped registered airmail and all needed items are at a different time in stock you should give us the possibility to collect orders to come over the 250 $ amount or to collect till everything is on stock!
When I try to order Imist30 the coils are not available, When coils are available the unit is not on stock(vision, kanger,..)!
Think a lot of us try to get items incl. spareparts, I do! Iwait up to 3 weeks for registered airmail so i can also wait till needed items are on stock and finish the order within 3 or 4 weeks or when the needed items are available.
You should give us the possibility to order and do a partial payment till an order is finished and at the end you can calculate shipping costs!
Orders for up to 100 $ are now more expensive than buying it local!

I was checking out the other day and was shocked at the quoted shipping rate which was $14. I went to my regular US supplier's website, filled the cart with the same items that were more expensive and checked the total, and there's was almost no difference in total amount after shipping. There's no reason for me to order from healthcabin anymore.

I got in there just before they stopped China airmail, my package took a month to get to me but I knew it was going to be slow so it didn't bother me.
I always receive any package vis China airmail, it is slow but it's cheap and always gets to me.
Last year we went through all of this with HC they finally put it back on and 3 months later it's gone again.

Their "temporary" stop of China Airmail to much of Europe is lasting for more than a year now. It's fairly obvious that they stopped Airmail because orders with Airmail were too small for them to bother with - any questions about the situation over here are answered these days with an "Well if you order for 250$, shipping is free!" and that's that.

Unfortunately, that may be free shipping, but also adds around 22% in taxes and custom duties. Not to mention that 250$ is a lot of money for many people - although not for the only ones HC wants as customers these days.

We have no idea when China airmail will be back because we have no idea when china airmail can ship all products including with no problems.
We are willing to get china airmail back only when we are sure that they can work smoothly.

What he meant was that with your prices going towards the same prices that of European stores, what is the point of ordering from a Chinese vendor now.

The reason a lot of us order from Chinese vendors such as yourself is for cheaper prices with cheap airmail shipping.
Without both of the above, we might as well not bother and just support our local vendors

HC was my favorite dealer prior to this problem. I recommended the store countless times to people here in Sweden and probably brought many 100's $ worth of trade on top of my own orders.

I was forced to withdraw my recommendations and have made no orders since. Hope you are doing everything to sort this problem out.

The point about european stores isnt about being a protectionist consumer about local market. The point is 24hour delivery versus 1 month delivery, and no problems with costums. Helthcabin as been the store were I bough most of my stuff (and that have been a a lot of stuff), but I cant remember the last time I ordered from there.

Yes, me too. I've bought batteries, e liquid, carry case, an MVP etc etc, from other Chinese vendors in the last couple of months, all sent by cheapo China airmail, all arrived in 2 to 3 weeks, and had absolutely no problems. So, why can't HC do this too?? Yes, HC do regularly stop cheap airmail, they did it last year when the Olympics were on in UK and that lasted for ages!! I've asked HC on here for updates and info about the return of China airmail, but don't get real answers from them as to exactly what is happening. They don't seem to care that they are losing customers.

I was also a supporter of HC and until recently had ordered many times from them, with the problems with shipping and the limited things that can be shipped, eg no batteries I can no long support this vendor. I find this sad as they were always been excellent until recently where I have had customer tickets not handled correctly and shipping issues. I agree that their prices have gone up and are not as affordable as they once were compared to local vendors.

There is now another great vendor that is in Hong Kong that will ship you anything you need with free shipping and prices are a lot cheaper.

I hope HC get this all sorted out and are back to some reasonable shipping costs and prices or I feel they will loose a lot business from the community.
