sp2 spark plug, the best service on the planet, and this thing works great!

just wanted to talk about my spark plug.
1st, i cant believe how fast this thing got to my door. i charge the batteries and four hours later, this stupid thing wont really work. i mean, really?? there isnt any real parts so how come the thing doesnt work? its intermittent, just a real bummer. this is the second mod i bought. the first one i never got, another story. so i email the company, and they sent out a new unit. batteries and atty too. i want to state i dont work for these guys. the spark plug is really good. takes a little getting used to the bottom button, but this thing is great

very professional company, James McDonald really cares about his company and product. i cant say how great, and fast shipping this company is.
just to let you know, i started with a joye ego 650mha, then a green life 1100mha (this thing is incredible too) and now i have the spark plug. the spark plug is pretty comaprable to the green life. the green life btw, has a 4.3 watt reading at the atty.
just wanted to say how happy i am to see how some of the companies here have such good service.

its the switch. the new one they sent has no problems at all. email them and james will hook you up!

Mine hardly works.. I hate this thing.. I wish I never had bought it.. I got a new switch, it'll work for a couple hours then I have to unscrew everything and reassemble..

I contacted him right after I posted and got a quick response. A couple emails back forth problem solving and he is sending me a new switch. We shall see.

i would send james a email. he is really good at taking care of his peeps no i dont work for him or his company. just another vapor guy. i got ripped off on my first mod adventure, so im really happy to see some support.

i've dealt with James McDonald also. he has been very fast at responding to my emails and i had issues with the batteries. Emailed him and within a few days new batteries. Also he's working on some new ideas to come out in the near future. I'm glad to see he's getting business with such great customer service.
