2. New bottle.
3. juice is MUCH lighter in color.

What is going on?

The guy at the store said the label change had to do with advertising to kids. The new bottle and different color juice is what is bothering me. I'm new at this vaping thing (45 days) but this have been the only juice I have been using. I've sampled a bunch of flavors at the local shop.

Do juices darken up as they steep? Significantly?

I believe Space Jam changed their label about 3 month ago when I received their newsletter. About the same time several of the premium companies also change their labels along with some change their bottles to child proof too if their bottles weren't child proof.

I personally prefer the darker juices. Darker juices=more steeping time. More time for the flavors to come together. Delicious.

I find it's a mixed bag. Yes, darker colors (for juices that will darken, some juices never darken or even get any color but clear) have more developed flavor but I have noticed, and this could be due to my builds, how I run my setup, any number of things, that darker, older, more steeped e juices tend to burn and caramelize on wick and coil more quickly and readily than their slightly fresher compatriots.

I don't mean to be Cap'n Obvious here, but is it possible they are using a different type of bottle that in turn makes the juice appear lighter than we are used to?

I guess that could be debunked if it also looked significantly lighter when you take it out of the bottle and put it in a tank or something. Probably a silly suggestion but just a thought.

Could be a trick of the mind....the new label (coloring, graphics) can have an effect on how our brains see the other colors around it (i.e. the juice itself).
