Hi guys, i wonder if any one can help, Im trying to find out what the nicotine regulation are in Spain and Sweden, as i need to know what the nicotine limit in milligrams is.

If anyone knows i would much appreciate some information.

Hi I'm from Sweden.
I'm not sure it answers your question but if I understand it correctly you are asking for how strong nicotine mix in e-liquid is allowed?
The nicotine by it self is regulated as a drug and you have to have a license to sell drug regulated items. It also has to be a approved drug. So the amount of nicotine in mg isn't relevant.
As a private person you can order any nicotine level you want to use for your self.

Hi, in regards to your question about e-juice to the states, i work along side an e-juice company and they post to the states and have never had an order returned as long as there is correct documentation with the package.

In short terms... 0mg
Maybe I wasn't clear. As a private consumer you can order any level from abroad to Sweden.
As a vendor in Sweden you can't sell anything because nicotine is regulated as pharmaceutical ingredient and the product must be an approved product. As today e-juice with nicotin isn't.
Sorry for asking but do you want to ship liquid to Sweden or do you want to start a business here?
