Spares, backups, and backups to backups

I have APV's comming out my ears. Lots of spares, batteries, juice, cartos. I think I am good to go for a long time. Of course what is the only thing I don't have a spare for - yup the dang battery charger. So I put my battery in for a recharge and bang the charger goes dead. My 3 month old xtar WP2II charger just quits. I take the power adapter for the car out and plug it in and bingo it starts charging. Take it back into the house and nothing. So the wall charger part must be bad. I have an extra 830 Mah charger but the end is different so I splice the new end on but noting (original is 1000Mah). I check Radio Shack and they want $26 for a new charger cord. Thats more than I paid for the entire charger. So what is a better charger cause this XTAR WP2II is junk. I would like one that I can rely on not to have this kind of problem.

What size battery are you trying to charge?

I use this, and it has worked every time. TrustFire TR-001 Lithium Ion Battery Charger

I charge my 18650 batteries with it. It can charge bigger or smaller batteries, too.
