Yes these should really rock and roll. And I don't think I have seen any of these available anywhere else yet. I have seen some that say cool etc but none that have addressed the LR and really HV vaping. Lisa sure tries hard to keep up with the current trends. I think everyone can find their sweet spot with these special cartomizers. And they are very affordable too. I can't wait to give them a try!!!

Been using a drip tip on these bad boys with no issues. I have to say I am impressed with the build quality of these cartomizers. The center post and threads are stainless steel. The top caps are the thin hard plastic and come out easily. Then I find a somewhat different style of silicone washer than the standard carto I am used to. It has a smaller hole in the center and has a little better liquid stop there. This makes the draw a bit tighter and that is a good thing for most cartomizers are just too airy for me. You can remove this part without issue and would want to with a drip tip because the liquid would just stop at that point anyway.

All in all after a few days testing these cartomizers out I would say they are some of the best quality cartomizers I have used and would recommend these. Thanks Lisa for letting me test this out.

right, just a little word of advice...

Finally got a collection of the special steel cartos through the mail today to use in the AFSv2.

Tried the automatic center punch method of making a hole in them and well it didn't go quite as well as I thought it should (it worked perfectly with the black ones I got before, but those don't work at 6v). The strength of 3-4 punches got the hole done but also deformed the carto, so it wouldn't properly screw onto the AFS connector and means I got a huge leak through the bottom of AFS, lost all of the liquid I had in the tank in the process... so yeah be careful.

I guess I have to try drilling them now.

Urbanite,
Firstly, see http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/cloud-9-vaping/108690-autofeed-cartomiser-beta-testing.html
I've still got of the test batch left if you're interested.

Secondly, drilling works if you're careful.
Standard centre-punch with hammer method also works well if your centre punch is nice and sharp.

Yeah I was thinking I'd help by saying this, since the beta testing wouldn't really work... it takes 2-4 weeks for me to receive stuff from you.

Might need try to sharpen the center punch more... although it is quite sharp as it is. Did manage to get a working version, by not overdoing the punching and also laying it on something soft while I do it....

ok, update... so this VHV one is working perfectly! plenty of vapour and taste and TH with just 12mg... very nice!

Hi, Lisa,

here's a picture of what the cartos look like. It's not the best of pictures but should be good enough. Left to right they are:

1) HV Carto drilled with a 1.5 drill bit
2) VHV punched with an automatic center punch, the hole is around the same size (about 1.2-1.5 I guess). This is the one I had in my AFS for 3-4 days... still a bit of leaking occured when I had to take primary inhales, was running it on 7.4v though... Really liked the vapour and TH amounts though...
3) One of your 901 atties with it's standard hole for comparison.

p.s. LV cartos are working pretty well on the Slim as well... in the AFS they take in a bit too much liquid I reckon... but yeah so far thumbs up on all the cartos I've managed to get the hole right on... really good quality stuff.
