Spinner II shorts when threading Aerotank all the way down

Bit of a weird issue here. When screw the Aerotank on my Spinner II until it's finger-tight, it won't fire and the battery blinks fast 3 times. But when I loosen it just a bit, it works fine. The main issue with this is that the tank sits wobbly because of this, so I'd rather fix the problem than leave it as it currently is. Any idea on what the issue could be?

Same thing happened with my aerotank. I'm pretty sure it is an issue with the aerotank, and I think even pbusardo or grimm have said something about this in one of their videos.

Sounds like random connection issue. Have you try to loose the beauty ring on your spinner II a little bit and then tighten the Aerotank? That probably will make it sit flush on the battery.

Could be, as my Protank Mini 3 has no connection problems on both Spinners. And Grimm's videos are great.
