Need help from former MFS (MyFreedomSmokes) customers
Has any found a supplier or company that has tobacco e-juice like or very similar to MFS Turbosmog, Tall Paul, or Red Luck?

I have the Vamo (with a second on the way from Fast Tech - China) and think its great (get the stainless steel - no finish issues) I can set the wattage for best vapor and flavor - has the built in ohm meter for checking the ohms on my rebuilt protank/evod/vivi nova heads. The 18650 battery lasts all day, the 18350 configuration makes it less obtrusive and I am in the process of turning it into and actual light saber (pictures to come soon

If you are currently satisfied with your vaping experience, there's no need to upgrade. There are many people who have been using eGo's exclusively for years and don't have the need to upgrade.
However, the APV's or mods do have their advantages for certain vapors. The eGo class of batteries have a finite lifespan of approximately 250 charges. After that, the entire battery must be replaced for a new one.
Some mods have the capability of using replaceable batteries that can last you an entire day or longer, eliminating the need to carry multiple devices with you to last out your day if away from home. Even with the smaller mods that use smaller, shorter lasting batteries its much easier to carry a couple of those batteries as spares should you need them.
A mod is built to last and therefore will last years in comparison to the relatively fragile eGo batteries. They can survive multiple drops or other trauma with no ill effects.
Although the initial purchase of the mod is more costly than an eGo, its longer expected time of usefulness makes it a good and economic choice for the long-term vapor. An eGo replacement battery might cost upwards of $24, while the replaceable batteries for a mod can cost as little as $6 - $9 each, and will last a year or more with repeated charging.
Mods having a larger form factor allow them to carry larger capacity juice delivery devices that would look inappropriate on an eGo.
Some delivery devices, such as rebuildable atomizers, require a power output and amps that an eGo battery can not provide.

I dont dislike my setup but I just feel like something is missing or it could be better. Maybe its just wishfull thinking on my part
If you have been eyeing a rebuildable of any sort I would splurge and buy yourself a vamo (I own 2 myself). The built in ohm meter and ability to quickly switch out batteries have been a god send to me. I admit I have never used a spinner or twist but I hated all other ego and cig-a-like battery size factors. Having some extra IMR batteries to use in any mods you might happen to make or buy in the future is a huge plus as well. If you have the money I would recommend buying a Vamo to play with or even a cheap mech mod if you want to get the sub-ohm vaping experience. If you don't like anything bulky stay with your current set up and vape on!
Once again, Baditude summed it up nicely. Last Friday I got my first APV. It's a pretty cool toy and I like it. Swappable batteries, variable watts, and the ability to check the ohms on a rebuilt coil are all nice, albeit, non-essential things for how I currently vape. However, using the same Protank with the same juice produces pretty much the same exact vape on both my ego twist and my fancy Sigelei ZMax.
Advantages of VW (variable watt), like the Vamo:
1. Variable wattage senses the resistence of your atty/carto. When that resistence starts to change due to use or because you put on a different atty/carto, the Vamo will automatically adjust the power to maintain your original setting. So better consistency and closer to "set & forget".
2. As mentioned before, long term cost. Vamo batteries last 2 - 3 times longer than your spinner batteries and cost about $11 instead of $25+ for Twist/spinner batteries. And they will give you 10 - 15 hours on a charge.
3. The Vamo has a 5 amp switch, which allows you to use almost any atty/carto/clearo on the market. The spinner has a weak 2.5 amp switch which limits what "head" you can use with it.
4. And if you are concerned about the size, the Vamo can be made physically smaller by using one 18350 battery.

As stated before, if you are happy with your current setup then keep it...but I have a lavatube and love it...my buddy has a vamo and i traded him my lavatube for it for a week and i just love the vamo more, but if you are looking to upgrade and want it relatively cheap go to fasttech they have a kit with the vamo for around 50 dollars...i just ordered one myself 
With the price of the Vamo these days, it is definitely a more economical purchase than say 2 egos.. I say 2 because u need another while one charges or if you're out for an extended period of time. In addition, your choice of what to top your PV with is almost limitless with a Vamo which is certainly not the case with an ego types.. Unless you go sub ohm, u can use whatever you want on a Vamo and get a good vaping experience.. I've got 6 mods, mechanical and regulated and still break out an ego from time to time so it just depends on how deep your pockets are and what kind of vape you're looking for.. As stated earlier, if you're interested in any kind of rebuildable then go Vamo.. The ohm reader is invaluable with rebuildables

There are a number of heads you can't use with an ego. And you can't get the batteries for $11. And you can't get 600 - 800 recharges out of them.
Just wanted to chime in and say I really like my new black chrome vamo. I've got an iclear 30 on it and so far it is great! One thing I've noticed is that a lot of juices are sensitive to high voltage and find I rarely vape over 4 volts.
I have ego's and a vamo. If you want to try out VV/VW go with the VAMO in the long run it is cost effective. But the difference with the same delivery device is small but can be noticed. I switch back forth with mine depending on what I am doing and how much running around I have to do on any given day. The difference is small but I do really like my VAMO and I love the ease of change with the batteries. They last longer per charge and are much cheaper to replace later. But if the question is if it is needed to buy it to enjoy vaping the answer is no the ego type of battery is a good product. Maybe not all of the bells and whistles but you can still enjoy vaping and quit smoking with it.
I have (2) spinners as well as a vamo and a sigelei zmax. Use evods as well, and use the spinners as much as anything. Not really much difference in the vape from any of them. But if you get into more advanced atties or larger ones the spinners just wont stand up very well. the spinners also wont output much current, so if using lo resistance heads you will limit what you can get from the evods on the spinner. if you are happy with what you get from your setup, there is no reason to spend more at this time. with the vamo, you can up and change a battery in a few seconds and not be waiting for a charge like you would with the spinner- this for me is the biggest advantage of the larger mods like a vamo.
Among the various PVs I own are Spinners and Twists. I notice a big diff when vaping at the same voltage with Spinner, Twist and Vamo. VW is also prolly the greatest advance in vaping in the last 2 yrs. I use my Spinners for out and about and the Vamo at home and I'm so impressed with the Vamo I'm thinking of buying another as backup. The most impressive PV I have ever tried or owned in regards to its electronic capability and vape quality.
