Chief - I'm trying to order the 3-pack carto deal, but it says my account isn't activated, and I can't do anything to change the password with my e-mail .... It says the e-mail already has an account, when I clicked "forgot password", it says the account isn't active.
Does any of this make sense? I'm not good at explaining computer stuff ....

I got my order in ... I just acted like a "new person" .... LOL
