Go to any post that the person has a banner in his sig. Click on the banner, and follow the instructions.

Use this link to get to the quit meter page. SmokeFree Quitmeter

Follow the directions to create your banner and when finished, just highlight and copy the url they provide, listed under "BBcode: (Forums)". Then open your user CP on e-cig-forum, and paste what you copied into your sig area. Preview it to make sure it worked, then save/submit, and done.

Those banners are handy little things. I keep looking at mine and am still amazed I'm tobacco free.
