Hope someone can help, or shoot a picture. My cartrage keeps poping out. Its like 3 weeks old. It seems the rubber stop is hitting somewhere on the bottem of the cartrage preventing from getting a good seat. Anyone know how this piece is supost to be orientated? Or is this a design flaw that cant be overcome? Sad part is im really doing great on this new nic salt. Much better then the older stuff that was out 10 years ago. If this keeps up i need another delevery method. The cartrage pops out when ever its bumped or moved. Thanks all.

Ok ,so customer suport replied back , they think it was the cartrage, and i belive wanted me to replace it. After inspecting it, i readjusted the holding rod things out in the unit itself, just a tiny bit with a small screwdriver. Now it hold the cartrage in.
The fix works , the 2 posts holding the tank in just needed to be bent in. Feild tested for a few days, it doesn't loosen up. So its all good now.
