Hi, i'm using ss for a while, and now i have question, which wire will give me more vapor production? Same build, same gauge, just different wire (ss and kanthal) thanks. Im not sure which wire to use

Given the same exact build, the only real difference will be that SS will have a little lower resistance than kanthal. So, if you look at it that way, a SS coil will heat up a little bit quicker and burn a little hotter - from that perspective it might produce respectively a little more vapor. But you could achieve the same thing with like 1-or-so less wraps on a kanthal coil. The truth of the matter is, you'll not experience any 'real' or quantifiable difference in vapor production between SS and kanthal given equal resistance. IMO the real debate between the 2 wire types comes down to a different set of questions and personal preference. Which material do you prefer to work with? Does one produce a (noticeable) slightly different flavor profile with your liquids than the other? If so, which do you prefer? Etc...

Vapor production is FAAAR more a product of wicking materials and techniques, airflow, coil placements and the design of the atomizer. The wire type has prob the least impact on it than any of the effective variables.
