Stacking batteries in the Reo Grand

Does anyone know if you can stack batteries in the Reo Grand (C R 123) & has anyone tried it?

If it takes an 18650 you should be able to stack CR 123 you will definitely have to make sure you apply ample amount of juice to keep the atty wet, and definitely don't use LR atties.

I haven't tried the Reo Grand, but have had a few 18650 mods.
