Stainless steel Vamo scratches

I did a quick search for this and couldn't find it, but maybe one of you helpful Gurus can answer here. I've got a couple of deep scratches in the finish of a SS Vamo. They probably aren't that deep, but deep enough that my fingers feel it when I grip it. Is there any remedy that I could do at home with a Dremel or manually? All of the sanding discs/drums I currently have seem to be too coarse of grit to attempt (don't want to make it worse with inexperience). TIA

Try a fine grit sandpaper or a finish sanding sponge.

Thanks. I thought about using the sponges, since I have a couple. I was a bit unsure if I should just go at it with one of those. I might as well give it a shot...if it sucks, I can wrap it.
