Stardust stopped working?

One of my vision stardusts (v2) stopped working today. I've been using it on an ego battery and it's been working great for the last week. It seems completely dead, no "crackling" noises from wicking, no vapour. I've tried it on both of my batteries just to make sure, no difference. My other stardusts work fine so it's not the battery. The best way I can describe it is that it performs like it would if it were not attached to a battery source. Any suggestions?

Try pulling the center post down a little bit on the battery connection on the carto with a paperclip or pointy tweezers. Its the small post inside the actual battery threads.

Okay, just tried that, doesn't seem to want to move at all..

Its the inner-most post.(green arrow). Its kind of hard to get to but it will move. You can actually pull it all the way out if your not carefull. (I'm not sure it will cause any damage, I have'nt fully taken one apart yet) The actual threads (red arrow) will not move.
