Mind Field is the Mega Reviewer, i am small potatoes....either way....PFFFFFFT! I am so going to make you a star dust girl, even if i have to lay my saber touch VV on the line and part of a prize.....

I'm down for both, I'm sure you two boys can figure something out :p

I have been authorized by the Grumpy Old White Man society to offer up to four used stardust's (version 2), and one used star dust in the smokey version (version 3). To make sure you are not wasting your juice G.O.W.M.S has gone on to authorize me to offer one bottle of juice you may select from a per-approved list

LOL GOWMS is being awfully nice to wittle ol me tonight  teehehehehe. It would be cool to try V3. I had 1 V2 but it cracked and started leaking after only a couple days so I didn't get to really test it out like I had wanted to. Alas, I have a ton of juice now. It's funny because we had basically no juice for months and now waaay too much LOL. Is there anything you've been wanting to try? I probably have it now! Maybe we could even trade some?!?

Looks like Kanger took it upon themself to modify the Stardust with some improvements. They moved the coil to the bottom - this would eliminate the exposed wicks. They also drilled a hole in the bottom for better air-flow.

View attachment 101145

It is the latest bottom coil clearomizer from Kanger electronic cigarette company. The clearomizer comes with a cone, strong, durable and clear tube. Great same vapor as Vision eGo clearomizer for 510/eGo. The bottom coil can take greatest advantage of ejuice. No leakage.

Unit:5pc
Shipping weight:96g
Color: Clear
Capactiy: 1.2ml
Threading: 510/eGo
Resistance:2.2-2.4 ohm/2.8-3.0ohm
Packing: simple

How to refill ejuice?
* Unscrew the black tip from the clearomizer
* Press the white plastic stick down and use an injector to fill ejuice max 1.2ml
* Screw the tip back in.

Please note:
* Each clearomizer comes with a customized black round tip.
* The clearomizer is empty. Please drip Dekang ejuice or HC ejuice before vaporing.

Warranty: Only accept DOA (dead on arrival). Please refer to Warranty Policy for details

Vaping on one of these right now ... They are pretty good. Great flavor (on par with stardust). I think they have better vapor than the Stardust. The TH is a little weak but I have them on a ego and they are 2.8-3ohm. But 2.8.3ohm and great vapor on an ego is really really good.

Filling them is a little different. You take the mouth piece off and there is a large white post in the center. Its a spring loaded plunger. Push it down and the top seal(the red ring at the top, the second red ring is a fill line printed on the tank) goes down to allow the juice to flow into the chamber. Just first impressions: the tank is different ... it seems thicker than the stardust, and maybe a softer material. Hopefully it wont crack.

I brought one to work with me today to try it out for the day to see if there are leaking issues or anything like and I will let you know later today.

So on the subject of stardusts anyone notice jugs has a "modified stardust" under their hardware section? I can't get to it now, but it was a couple bucks more. The picture was the same as the regular stardust so I really can't tell what they did to modify it (probably just drilled holes?) Anyone grab any when the site was up?

I think the mod is by Mindfield. If you look two items up in Jugheads menu you will see this link VaporChase Tutorial - The Ultimate Vision Mod - YouTube I am assuming that this is the mod they are talking about..Just noticed this the other day and now am trying to decide between this and the KR clearo.

Not sure where he bought the KR but I'm looking at them at Healthcabin

Different mod. Mine's for the Vision v2/Extreme. The Stardust can be modded but I don't really find it's particularly necessary except, as was mentioned, for possible better airflow, especially if you're using sealed eGo adapters or eGo batteries that tend to restrict the airflow on Stardusts (i.e. Biansi eGo batteries).

Hi Cobber ... just wondering if you have an update for us on these? I've been eyeballing them but have had such horrible luck with the SD's that am reluctant to try them until I hear more reviews. My probs with the SD's have been leakage ... and more leakage!! How are these working for you?

So do you know what their mod is I have some on order and based or their rep I figured what the heck if they recommend it I'll give it a try. In search of the perfect vape. Vape on.

If you're referring to the airflow mod for the Stardust, it simply involves drilling a couple of small holes (about 1mm or 1/64") around the middle of the eGo skirt.

I've been using a SD ver3 (long wicks) for a couple of days and all I have to say is they're a POS, IMHO. Vapour production was pretty good but that's about it. Muted taste, flooding/gurgling/JIMM were the common annoyances. I did give it some time about 4 tanks full & nothing seemed to change. This was all with 30PG/70VG with VV. To date, I have to agree that the V1 performed best but cracked.
