I have both the rebuildable and the NON-rebuildable Stardust Visions, because I started with the NON-rebuildable.

I know the rebuildables can be completely submerged for cleaning, but can the entire NON-rebuildable be completely submerged, as long as they have time to dry completely before using them again?

Yes they can, you will have no problems although it will take quite a while to dry the wick in the head since you can't disassemble it.

I would suggest giving them a sun bath for the afternoon. In our sun they dry quite nicely
